Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
Paketversand von 0 bis 31kg 60 €
ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 120 €
In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 55,00 € is charged on the dispatch costs.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Ab 31,1 kg Versendung per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 120 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Innerhalb der EU:
Paketversand von 0 bis 31kg 100 €
ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 350 €
Ausserhalb der EU:
Paketversand von 0 bis 31kg 300 €
ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 600 €
If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Innerhalb der EU:
ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 350 €
Ausserhalb der EU:
ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Europalette 600 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery periods
For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 10-14 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within bis zu 40 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 10 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
